Job Responsibilities
  • Work as much as needed to obtain company goals (this may require post 5pm work)
  • Follow all company procedures as a team
  • Be willing to learn and adapt
  • Have Fun!
  • Create sales opportunities from existing client base
  • Set clear expectations to all customers
  • Follow up with every possible lead
  • Insurance License preferred but not required
  • Write new business, service existing business, up sell and cross sell current customers
  • It is a job requirement to ask for referrals, email addresses and cross sales
