If you ever have a claim we want you to know we are here for you! We have developed a very clear claims process that benefits you and makes a very stressful time a bit easier. In the unfortunate event of a claim, you can rest assured we will help you through the entire process.
We developed this claims process in partnership with Agency Performance Partners. Here are a few steps to take if you do experience a claim:
- Make sure everyone is safe, if it is an infraction with someone else do not admit guilt.
- If you have our agency app start documenting the claim. If you don’t go here to download it!
- Call us no matter how big or small the claim is. We can help advise you on the best course of action.
- You will be greeted by Dori, our friendly claims specialist!
- If the claim needs to be turned over to the carrier, Dori will make sure we stay in contact with you through the process.
- After the claim is over you will get a survey to review your experience.
