Your Claim Is Very Important to Us

 

If you ever have a claim we want you to know we are here for you! We have developed a very clear claims process that benefits you and makes a very stressful time a bit easier. In the unfortunate event of a claim, you can rest assured we will help you through the entire process.

 

We developed this claims process in partnership with Agency Performance Partners. Here are a few steps to take if you do experience a claim:

 

  1. Make sure everyone is safe, if it is an infraction with someone else do not admit guilt.
  2. If you have our agency app start documenting the claim. If you don’t go here to download it!
  3. Call us no matter how big or small the claim is. We can help advise you on the best course of action.
  4. You will be greeted by Dori, our friendly claims specialist!
  5. If the claim needs to be turned over to the carrier, Dori will make sure we stay in contact with you through the process.
  6. After the claim is over you will get a survey to review your experience.
