If this is also your favorite time of the year, you may be ready to celebrate yourself! If you are planning on hosting a halloween party, you’re in the right place. As we already know, Halloween is all about the sweet treats. The trouble is, sweets aren’t healthy and they will have the kids bouncing off the walls! Check out these 4 healthy Halloween treats, they will keep your guests feeling good and the children in bed on time!

Jack-O-Lantern Fruit Cups

Here’s quite the twist on an orange for a Halloween treat! The best part is that it only takes 2 ingredients, oranges and your fruits of choice to fill it with! Simply slice off the tops of the oranges, then, using a spoon scoop out the pulp. Cut out faces on the oranges to look like a jack-o-lantern, then fill each orange with fruit & serve!

Marshmallow Apple Mouths

Serve up a platter full of mouths! This simple treat will leave a lasting impression. All you need is apple slices (dunked in lemon juice water for color stay), mini marshmallows, and peanut butter to hold it all together!

Strawberry Ghosts

There’s nothing spooky about a strawberry, until now! Coat strawberries in melted white chocolate, and after they cool add a mini chocolate chip face! Don’t forget to allow the excess chocolate coating to pour off on the wax paper to give your strawberry ghosts a “tail”.

Bloody Band-Aids

We know what you’re thinking, that doesn’t sound very good. Don’t be fooled, this healthy halloween treat will add a lot of character to your party!  Watch your guests take a second look at these before they start indulging! You will need graham crackers, cream cheese, strawberry jelly, and a band-aid box for special effects!
