Summer is the one time of the year where it’s nearly always warm out here in New England. It’s the perfect time of year for going on hikes, taking day trips to the beach, or even just relaxing with family and friends by the pool. If you’re planning a pool day in the near future, we want you and your company to have a safe, healthy, and relaxing day. If you’re planning on hosting a day by the pool, we wanted to share with our list of our favorite healthy poolside snacks for you to put out for your company!

Frozen Grapes

This healthy poolside snack is the perfect combination of healthy, refreshing, and very easy to make. All you have to do is line a baking sheet with parchment paper, wash some grapes, then pull them off the stem and line them on the baking sheet. After that, stick them in the freezer for a while, and voila!

Trail Mix

Fruit Kabobs

Let’s be honest, who wouldn’t get excited about a fruit kabob? Fruit is perfect for the summer season, and even better as a healthy poolside snack. You can easily pick up your favorite fruits and kabobs from any grocery store nearby, and putting together this healthy poolside snack takes little to no effort. It’s a win-win!
