1. Don’t be that guy… wear your sunscreen.

Yea sure, the tan is a great thing, but those summers of frying your skin will have you looking like the creature from the goonies later on in life.  You can still get a great tan with the sun block, so use it! It will make your face and the rest of your skin look and feel younger as well!

2. Travel to the Mediterranean… on your plate and in your glass. 

There’s a reason why the Italians and Greeks look great even when they are older… it’s because of their diets. Lots of veggies, olive oil, fish and wine have resulted in significant cases of slowing down the aging process, as well as lowering heart disease risk and diabetes.

3. Exercise- any and all types.

Yes, going on walks and bike rides, as well as going to the gym will absolutely help your health, but don’t forget about perhaps your most important muscle- the brain.  Reading, puzzles, even chatting with friends or co-workers can help your brain function at a higher level and for a longer amount of time.

4. Kick stress to the curb.

You hear it said time and again, and deservedly so.  Stress can do a number on your physical and emotional health and well being, so attempting to eliminate it as much as possible is a great way to stay younger.
