A Work/ Life Balance and Your CT Health Insurance

InBusiness people hold a globe today’s modern economy, everything happens at an incredible rate of speed.  Business deals and transactions occur in the blink of an eye, and this allows companies and workers to accomplish more tasks and make more money.  Now while this all sounds great and would make the free- market founding fathers very happy, there are far too many of us that can easily be described as ‘workaholics.’

These are the people that live to work- always in the office or always on their phone answering calls or responding to emails.  And while the work ethic is extroadinary, many of these people fail to keep a healthy work-life balance.  Now, if they have families, then they should ABSOLUTELY spend time with them and know when to shut the phone off and close the laptop. But even the single people out there need a break. Why? Well your health depends on it, that’s why! There are quite a few people who suffer health problems from overworking themselves or from the stress of their corporate positions.  Think about what that means for their CT health insurance.

Fortunately however, there are certain cities in the country that have a great work-life balance among their citizens, and below is the list of the top ten:

  • Bloomington, IndianaFamily
  • Provo, Utah
  • Gainesville, Florida
  • Eau Claire, Wisconsin
  • Tuscaloosa, Alabama
  • Iowa City, Iowa
  • College Station, Texas
  • Eugene, Oregon
  • Bellingham, Washington
  • Kalamazoo, Michigan

Now, I don’t want to stereotype here,  but I will.  Not sure if you notice, but there isn’t a single city on this list that’s in the Northeast.  We definitely fulfill our stereotype as busy, no time-wasting, and workaholic lifestyle, and those in the south and midwest have a far better grasp on this work-life balance that we’re discussing right now! Imagine the ct health insurance benefits if we worked in a way more like our friends down south! Maybe the health would improve!
