So by reading that headline, you’re probably wondering, “what in the heck do frozen TV dinner have anything to do with CT insurance?”  Stay with me, I promise you it’ll make sense. Here’s the thing- statistics have shown that it’s not calories, fat, or carbs that have significantly changed in our everyday diets (we’re talking just normal eating- not dieting, but not binging on take out either). It’s SALT!

There is so much sodium in foods now, it’s actually incredible- especially in pre-made meals, restaurant entrees, and fast food selections.  Perhaps the worst sodium to food amount ratio though is the Frozen TV dinner.  Have a too many of those, and you could face some bad health issues… which can lead to issues with your CT health insurance (see how I wrapped it into insurance? Cool, huh?!)

But here’s the thing- those frozen dinners sure are handy when you’re running around all day with work and the kids, and the absolute last thing you want to do is spend an hour cooking a meal.  So to have a quick dinner, and avoid the unhealthy sodium, here are a few frozen tv dinners that won’t send your sodium levels into orbit:
